Categories of processed personal data

If you are a customer of the website, sabit.ro processes your personal data, such as:

• First and last name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Data related to how you use the website (e.g., your behavior/preferences/habits within the domains)
• Any other categories of data you provide directly in the context of creating a user account, placing an order through the website, or in any other way resulting from using the website.

If you use your Facebook or Google account to create a user account on the site, sabit.ro will process the following publicly displayed profile data from the respective applications: username, email address.

If you choose to create a user account only before completing an order for a product available on the site, your email address will be requested, based on which an account will be automatically created.

If you do not complete the order, the email address and other provided data will not be stored by sabit.ro, and the created account will be automatically deleted.

If you are a visitor to the website, sabit.ro processes your personal data that you provide:

Duration for which we process your data

Sabit.ro will process your personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above.

If you are a customer, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently in accordance with legal obligations that apply to sabit.ro (e.g., for financial and accounting documents, the retention period required by law is 10 years from the end of the financial year in which they were prepared).

If you exercise the option to delete your user account by clicking the “delete account” button in the “My Account” section, sabit.ro will interpret this action as your choice to unsubscribe from receiving commercial communications that inform you about products and services offered through the website.

In this regard, if you choose to delete your user account, we will no longer send you emails and/or SMS of this nature.

However, we would like to inform you that deleting the account will not automatically delete your personal data.

If you do not wish your personal data to be processed or if you wish to have your data deleted, you can exercise the rights detailed in section 6 below.

If you request the deletion of your account, but the account has at least one active order, the account deletion request can only be recorded after the products are delivered, and the last active order is completed.

If you withdraw your consent for data processing for marketing purposes, sabit.ro will stop processing your personal data for this purpose, but without affecting the processing carried out by sabit.ro based on the consent expressed by you before its withdrawal.

Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not rent/sell your personal data to third parties.

In certain situations, apart from the operator, your data may be accessible to third parties such as service providers, transportation operators, hosting providers, IT companies, named as authorized persons by the Operator if necessary.

These parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the data and to use it exclusively for the purpose for which it was provided.

Furthermore, we may disclose your personal data to central/local public authorities in the following illustrative cases:

• the right to rectification – the right to obtain the correction, without undue delay, by sabit.ro of inaccurate/unjustified personal data, as well as the completion of incomplete data;
• the right to erasure, without undue delay (“the right to be forgotten”) – certain conditions apply; it is possible that, following a request for data erasure, sabit.ro may anonymize this data (thus removing its personal character) and continue processing it for statistical purposes; the right to restrict processing, under certain conditions;
• the right to restrict processing, under certain conditions;
• the right to data portability – the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, as well as the right for this data to be transmitted by sabit.ro to another data controller, to the extent that the conditions provided by law are met;

Minors’ Privacy

Sabit.ro does not knowingly contact or collect information from individuals under the age of 18. The website is not intended to solicit information of any kind from individuals under the age of 18.
